Check Your Spam Folder
Yahoo Mail has an aggressive spam filter that sometimes puts real email you have requested (like ours) in the spam folder.
You should receive an email from us within the next hour.
If it hasn’t arrived by then, please check your spam folder. It’s labeled “Spam” in the new Yahoo mail and “Bulk” in the older classic version.
If you find our email there, select it and click the button that says “NOT SPAM”. This will fix the problem.
Yahoo also has detailed instructions for how to do this.
