She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts, specifically the lack of fullness and irregular contours that she noticed after having children. She visited with Dr. Robert Schwartz in a detailed cosmetic consultation and elected to have a breast augmentation and vertical breast lift. High profile silicone gel breast implants were used to achieve the projection, fullness and shape she desired. Dr. Schwartz repositioned and reshaped her areolae in keeping with the anatomical proportions of her breasts to further enhance her overall result.
