MOM HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She expressed her unhappiness regarding the appearance of her breasts following pregnancy and breast feeding. She commented that she liked the appearance of her breasts while breast feeding and would like to enhance the fullness and accentuate the shape by increasing the size of her breasts. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz she elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles after incisions were placed along the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Her results pictured below are 6 months following surgery.
