WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION AND LIFT WITH SILICONE GEL IMPLANTS

This patient presented for more information on procedures to restore shape and size to her breasts following pregnancies. She specifically desired to raise her breasts to their pre-pregnancy position while adding fullness to the tops of the breasts. After an in depth consult with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz to review her options for the most ideal outcome, she elected to have a vertical breast lift with breast augmentation using silicone gel breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Additionally, Dr. Schwartz performed areola reshaping to aesthetically enhance the overall appearance of her breasts. She healed well with no complications and was able to resume her normal activities with no complications. Prior to her procedure she wore a B-C cup in most bras. Following her surgery, she filled a full D cup. Her results pictured below are 6 months following her surgery.
