WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION AND VERTICAL BREAST LIFT SURGERY

This patient presented for information on procedures to enhance the overall appearance of her breasts. She commented that had lost volume at the tops of her breasts and that the shape of her breasts had changed after having children. After examination and dialogue with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation coupled with a vertical breast lift. For the breast augmentation, pockets for the breast implants were made under the pec muscles. Dr. Schwartz tried a variety of sterile sizers on the patient. 615cc silicone gel breast implants were selected. Dr. Schwartz repositioned and reshaped the areolae in keeping with the anatomical proportions of her breasts. Her results below are pictured 6 months following her surgery.
