WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION PROCEDURE WITH GUMMY BEAR IMPLANTS

This woman presented for evaluation for breast implants. She was unhappy with the size of her breasts and desired to go slightly larger with emphasis to adding fullness to the tops of her breasts. She added that she desired a natural-looking result that would give her a better fit in clothing and swimsuits. After reviewing her goal photos in detail with Dr. Schwartz, the patient elected to have a breast augmentation surgery with silicone gel breast implants. After trying several sizes on the patient in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 385cc high profile silicone gel breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the muscle with incisions at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts. Her results below are pictured 6 months after her breast surgery.
