This patient presented for evaluation for procedures to enhance her breasts. She stated that she wanted to round out the overall shape of her breasts. Additionally, she was displeased with the position of her areolae and nipples. After meeting with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz and reviewing his recommendations and her goal photos in detail, she elected to have a breast augmentation with a breast lift using ultra-high profile silicone gel breast implants. 700cc gummy bear breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Dr. Schwartz also performed areola rejuvenation by reshaping, resizing and repositioning the areolae in keeping with the anatomical proportions of her breasts. Her results pictured below are 6 months following surgery.
