WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH BREAST LIFT

This patient presented for evaluation for procedures to enhance breast shape and size. She commented that she desired to lift the breasts, but did not want to have the scars that breast lift would produce. After an in depth consult with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz to review her options, she elected to have surgery. Dr. Schwartz performed a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants and an internal breast lift at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. The internal breast lift helped to lift the breasts while an extra high profile breast implant increased the projection of the breasts. 495cc silicone gel breast implants were placed under the pec muscles. Dr. Schwartz extended the incisions at the folds of the breasts to reinforce the internal breast lift. The patient's results pictured 6 months following surgery.
