This woman wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts after pregnancies. After an in-depth consultation with Dr. Schwartz, the patient elected to have breast augmentation surgery with saline breast implants. In keeping with her goals and expectations, Dr. Schwartz tried a range of styles and sizes of test implants in the OR. He ultimately selected 445cc saline breast implants and placed them under the pec muscles. Incisions for the implants were placed at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Dr. Schwartz then sculpted the pockets around the implants to give her results in keeping with her goal photos. Prior to her augmentation, the patient wore a B cup in most bras and swimsuits. After surgery, she wore a D cup. Her pictures below are 6 months following surgery.
