This patient presented for more information on a breast augmentation surgery. She desired to improve her breast size and shape in better proportion with her body. After a consultation with Dr. Schwartz, the patient elected to have breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Schwartz selected 450cc moderate profile plus silicone gel implants. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles, with incisions at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Prior to her surgery she filled an A cup and after surgery she fit D cup bras well.
