WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANTS.

This patient presented for evaluation of breast augmentation. She expressed desire to increase fullness and size in a way that would still allow her breasts to be in proportion with her body. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. Breast implant pockets were created under the pec muscles with incisions placed at the infra mammary folds of the breasts.

6 months following breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants by Dr. Robert J. Schwartz in Dallas, Texas. Breast implants were placed underneath the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts.
