WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient presented for evaluation on breast augmentation. She stated that she had wanted a breast augmentation since she was 15 years old. Having waited after giving birth, she decided to move forward with exploring her options for breast surgery. In her consultation with Dr. Schwartz, she commented that she desired to increase the size, enhance cleavage and round out the overall appearance of her breasts. After reviewing goal photos in detail, Dr. Schwartz used various sizes of test versions of Allergan Natrelle SRX and SRF breast implants. Two different sizes were used to correct her breast asymmetry as well as accomplish the patient's additional expectations for enhancing the appearance of her breasts. Her results pictured below are 3 months following breast augmentation surgery. Two different implant sizes were selected by Dr. Schwartz to compensate for naturally occurring breast asymmetry. Allergan Natrelle SRX-420 implanted under the muscle of left breast. Allergan Natrelle SRX-365 implanted under the muscle of the right breast. Breast augmentation incisions were made at infra mammary folds of breasts. The patient healed well with no complications and resumed normal activities quickly.
