This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation to restore fullness and shape to breasts. After an in depth consultation with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz in Dallas, Texas, the patient elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. After trying various test versions of breast implants in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 415cc gummy bear breast implants to align her breasts with her goal photos. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Final results pictured 6 months following breast augmentation.
