This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She desired to enhance size and restore volume and shape to her breasts after having children. The patient met with Dr. Schwartz to review her goals and expectations. After reviewing goal photos, the patient elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. Dr. Schwartz selected 7 unique styles and sizes of breast implants to try in the patient in the OR. Once the pockets for the breast implants were made under the pec muscles, Dr. Schwartz tested the 7 sets of breasts implants, selecting 375cc moderate profile implants as the final choice. Final adjustments were made to the breast implant pockets. The patient healed well. Her results pictured below are 6 months following breast augmentation surgery.
