This patient presented with concerns of some natural asymmetries with her breasts. She desired to improve the appearance of her breasts by means of breast augmentation. After a detailed consult to review her options with Dr. Schwartz, the patient elected to move forward with her breast implant surgery. Prior to her surgery Dr. Schwartz selected a range of breast implant styles and sizes to test in the patient once the breast implant pockets were created. In the OR, Dr. Schwartz made the pockets under the pec muscles. After trying 4 different types of implants, Dr. Schwartz selected 345cc silicone gel breast implants. Results pictured below are 6 months following the patient's breast implant procedure.
