This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the size of her breasts and wished to enhance volume and shape. She wore approximately a B cup in most styles and wished to increase her size to a C cup. After consulting with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz, the patient elected to have her breast augmentation surgery using silicone gummy bear breast implants. Incisions for the breast implants were made at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts and pockets were created underneath the pec muscles. After testing a range of sizes in the implant pockets, Dr. Schwartz selected 345cc implants to most closely match her wish photos. Her before and after photos are pictured 6 months following her breast augmentation surgery.
