WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation to enhance size and shape of her breasts. She stated that she wore a B cup in most bras and desired to be a D cup. The patient consulted with Dr. Schwartz and what type of breast implant would give her the prettiest look. She elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. Dr. Schwartz selected 5 unique breast implant styles in varying sizes. After creating breast implant pockets under the patient's pec muscles, Dr. Schwartz tried sterile test versions of the breast implants. 595 cc high profile silicone gel breast implants were selected. Results are pictured 6 months following surgery.
