This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation to increase the size and enhance the shape of her breasts. After consulting with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz in Dallas, Texas, she opted for a breast augmentation with silicone gel "gummy bear" breast implants. Dr. Schwartz selected 7 different sets of breast implants to try in the patient in the OR. Once Dr. Schwartz sculpted the breast implant pockets underneath the pec muscles, he tested the breast implants in the patient, observing the implant that would give the best breast harmony and symmetry. 315cc silicone gel breast implants were selected to give the patient the results in keeping with her goals for shape and size. Her results pictured are 6 months following breast augmentation surgery.
