This patient presented for information on breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and desired to enhance her breast size and breast shape. She knew that she wanted a breast augmentation and had decided on silicone gel breast implants. The patient scheduled her cosmetic consult with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz to review her options for breast implant size. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz, the patient scheduled her breast augmentation surgery. Breast Implant pockets were created underneath the pec muscles, with incisions at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts. After trying a range of breast implant sizers, 415cc silicone gel breast implants were selected to most closely match the patient's goal photos. During recovery the patient healed well and resumed normal activities quickly. Her results are pictured 6 months following her breast augmentation surgery.
