DALLAS, TEXAS WOMAN HAS BREAST LIFT AND AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL IMPLANTS

This patient originally presented for evaluation for a breast lift. She was through with having children and wanted to lift her breasts back to their previous position in hopes to add volume back to the tops of her breasts. After taking detailed measurements and conversing about her goals using wish photos, Dr. Robert J. Schwartz recommended she couple a vertical breast lift with breast augmentation. A high profile breast implant was used to create the top fullness she desired. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Her results pictured below are 6 months following her surgery.
