This patient presented for evaluation for breast rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after having children and breast feeding. She filled a C cup in most sizes and wanted to increase her size to a D cup. After a detailed consultation and reviewing numerous goal photos together, Dr. Schwartz recommended the patient have a breast augmentation coupled with a vertical breast lift to achieve the results she wanted. 345cc silicone gel breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Her final outcome pictured below is 4 months following surgery.
