WOMAN HAS GUMMY BEAR BREAST AUGMENTATION

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation to increase the size and shape of her breasts. After visiting with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz, the patient elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. Dr. Schwartz selected 5 unique breast implant sizes/styles to try in the patient in the OR. Selection was made based on conversation between Dr. Schwartz and the patient after review goal photos. Once in the OR, Dr. Schwartz sculpted pockets for the breast implants under the pec muscles. After trying the 5 different sets of implants, 415cc silicone gel breast implants were selected and final touches were made to sculpt the pocket around the breast implant. The patient healed well. Prior to surgery she wore an A cup. After surgery she wore a D cup in most styles. Her results pictured are 3 months following her breast implant surgery.
