DALLAS, TEXAS WOMAN HAS SILICONE GEL BREAST AUGMENTATION

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She commented that she noticed changes in her breasts with weight loss and she wanted to add volume and enhance her shape with breast implants. After assessing her history and reviewing her goals with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. Photos below are pictured 6 months post breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. High profile breast implants were utilized to most closely match her breast augmentation outcome with her breast augmentation goal photos. Incisions for the breast implants were placed under the breast at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts. The breast implants were placed under the muscle in order to give her the most natural look and feel. The patient healed well and was able to resume normal activity level within a short time frame.
