This patient presented for evaluation for fat transfer to the breasts. Pleased with the overall shape and size of her breasts, she inquired about a conservative treatment to add fullness to the tops of her breasts. After an in-depth consult with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to have fat suctioned from her back to supplement her breasts with more volume. The process involved 2 steps: 1. suctioning fat from the back, and 2. injecting the fat into the breasts. She healed well with no complications and resumed her normal activities quickly.
