This mother of three presented for evaluation for breast reduction. She commented that her breasts had increased in size with each pregnancy, causing her to experience back, shoulder and neck strain as well as persistent rashes in the folds of her breasts. Her desire was to reduce her breast size and make the areolae in better proportion with her breasts. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast and areolae reduction with lift. Her results, pictured below are 6 months following her surgery.

6 months post breast/areolae reduction. Vaser® hi-def liposuction was performed to reduce the volume of the breasts. A benelli mastopexy (donut lift) was performed to reshape the breast as well as lift and resize the areolae in better proportion with the breast.
