WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION AND BREAST LIFT WITH AREOLA REDUCTION

This Dallas, Texas patient presented for evaluation for a breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after gaining and losing weight with pregnancies and breastfeeding. During her consultation, Dr. Schwartz recommended breast implants to restore volume and shape with a breast lift to reposition the breast tissue while reshaping her areolae and nipples. Dr. Schwartz selected 415cc high profile silicone gel implants and performed a breast lift with anchor incisions. Prior to surgery the patient wore a B cup in most bras.  After surgery she measured a D cup.  Her results pictured below are 6 months following surgery.
