This patient presented for evaluation of breast augmentation. She expressed interest in increasing the volume of her breasts in addition to enhancing the shape. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the patient's pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Prior to breast augmentation surgery, the patient wore a B cup in most styles. After surgery she was able to fit a D cup.

6 months following breast augmentation surgery. 445cc silicone gel breast implants were selected by Dr. Robert Schwartz in Dallas, Texas. Breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts.
