DALLAS, TEXAS WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION AND BREAST LIFT*

This patient wanted to lift and add volume to her breasts. She had done her research and was not thrilled about the idea of anchor incisions on her breasts. She desired to consult and see what options would work best for her. After consulting with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz and reviewing all options, she elected to have a benelli breast lift and breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. 615cc silicone gel breast implants were selected after trying various sterile breast implant sizers in the OR. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Incisions were made around the areola to reposition and resize the areola in better proportions with her breast anatomy. Results are pictures 6 months following surgery.

6 months following breast lift with breast augmentation using 615 cc silicone gel breast implants. Gummy bear breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts. A benelli mastopexy (donut lift) was performed to raise and resize the areolae.
