WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION PROCEDURE WITH SILICONE GEL IMPLANTS

This patient from Dallas presented for evaluation of breast augmentation to increase the size and fullness of her breasts after weight loss. She commented that she desired more fullness to the tops of her breasts, a perkier look and enhanced cleavage. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz and weighing her options for treatment, the patient elected to have a breast augmentation procedure with silicone gel breast implants. After trying a range of breast implant sizes on the patient in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 385cc moderate profile silicone gel breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the muscle, with incisions at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts. Her results pictured below are 6 months following breast implant surgery.
