WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION SURGERY WITH SILICONE GEL IMPLANTS

This patient presented for evaluation of breast augmentation surgery. She wanted to keep the overall shape and size of her breasts natural-looking with more perk. She commented that she preferred slight roundness to the tops of her breasts and desired to lessen the gap between her breasts to give her more cleavage. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz and reviewing goal photos and breast implant options, the patient elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. After trying various sizes and profiles in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 385cc high profile silicone gel gummy bear implants. The breast implants were placed under the muscle with the incisions at the infra mammary creases of the breasts. Prior to surgery the patient wore a B/C cup in most bras. Following her breast augmentation, she wore C/D cup. Her results pictured below are at her final follow up appointment 6 months after surgery.
