WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SALINE BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient presented for more information on the breast augmentation procedure to improve the appearance of her breasts after having children. She desired to add volume and restore a more natural shape to compliment her figure. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation with saline breast implants. Pockets for the breast implants were created under the pec muscles with the incisions made at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Prior to breast augmentation surgery, the patient wore a A cup. After surgery, the patient wore a C cup in most styles

6 months following breast augmentation with saline breast implants. Breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts.
