DALLAS, TEXAS WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SALINE BREAST IMPLANTS*

This woman presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She desired to increase the fullness to the tops of her breasts with a slight increase in size.  She also hoped that her breast asymmetry would be able to be minimized by having an augmentation. After an in-depth consult with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation with saline breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles with surgical scars hidden under the folds of the breasts. Her results pictured below are 6 months following breast augmentation surgery.
