WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SALINE IMPLANTS

This patient presented with desire to improve the appearance of her breasts after pregnancies. She commented that her breasts had become deflated after breastfeeding, leaving her unable to properly fit most bras and clothing. Having been a B cup prior to pregnancy and a D cup while breastfeeding, she desired to augment her breasts to fill a full C/small D . After consulting with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to move forward in scheduling her breast augmentation surgery with saline breast implants. In keeping with her goals for fullness and size, Dr. Schwartz tested a range of implants in the OR. He selected 405cc saline breast implants. Once the pockets were created under the muscle and once the implants were placed, Dr. Schwartz made his final adjustments to sculpt the pockets around the implants. The patient's results pictured below are 6 months following her augmentation surgery.
