This patient scheduled a consult with Dr. Schwartz for evaluation for breast augmentation. Having had small breasts for the majority of her life, she expressed her self-consciousness about the appearance of her breasts, both in and out of clothing. She desired to keep her breast augmentation results very natural-looking and brought several pictures for reference during her consult. After reviewing her goals with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to move forward with her breast augmentation. Dr. Schwartz selected silicone gel breast implants to give her the most-natural look and feel. 330cc moderate profile gummy bear breast implants selected and placed under her pec muscles, with the incisions at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Prior to her breast surgery she wore an A cup. After breast surgery, she filled out a C cup. Her results pictured below are at her final 6 month follow up appointment.
