DALLAS, TEXAS WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANTS.*

This patient presented with goals to improve the appearance of her breasts. She commented that she self-conscious about the size of her breasts and found it difficult to find clothing that fit her well. She added that she wanted to enhance her cleavage and would like to add more fullness to the tops of her breasts by having a breast augmentation. After scheduling her breast augmentation consultation and reviewing her goal photos with Dr. Schwartz, the patient elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. In the OR, Dr. Schwartz used a range of breast implants sizes and profiles, and decided on 315 moderate profile silicone gel breast implants. The pockets for the breast implants were created under the pec muscles. After the breast implants were placed, Dr. Schwartz made the final adjustments to sculpt the shape of the pocket around the breast implant. Prior to surgery, she wore A cup bras. After surgery she filled a C cup. Her breast augmentation results pictured below are 6 months following her surgery.
