WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient presented for more information on a breast augmentation procedure. She expressed desire to enhance the overall size and shape of her breasts while maintaining a very natural-looking profile. After consulting with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz in Dallas Texas, she elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. Dr. Schwartz created pockets for the breast implants under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. After trying various sterile versions of breast implants in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 295cc high profile silicone gel breast implants. Her results pictured below are 6 months following surgery.
