WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient presented for breast augmentation consultation with Dr. Schwartz. States she was wearing an A cup and desired to be a "full C" cup. Admits having two children, with pregnancy was never bigger than a B cup. She desired to have more fullness but keep her overall result natural. She had slight breast asymmetry that she wanted to correct it without adding additional scars to her breasts. 470cc silicone gel breast implants were placed under the pec muscles via the infra mammary folds of the breasts. A range of sterile test implants were used to determine size based off of the patient goal photos. Dr. Schwartz used a SRX and SRF implants to correct her natural asymmetry. Once placed, Dr. Schwartz shaped the implant pockets around the breast implants. The patient healed well with no complications. Her results, pictured below are 6 months following surgery.
