This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She desired to increase the size and enhance the shape of her breast anatomy. After an in-depth consultation with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. The breast implant pockets were created underneath the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breast. After trying various sizes of sterile breast implant sizers, Dr. Schwartz selected 415cc high profile breast implants.
