This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation surgery. She desired bigger and fuller breasts to compliment her figure. After an in-depth consult with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. After trying various sizes in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 315cc silicone gel breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Her results pictured below are 6 months following her breast augmentation.
