WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She desired to increase the size and enhance the shape of her breasts. After reviewing her breast anatomy and goal photos with Dr. Robert Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel breast implants. After trying a range of sizes on the patient in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 345 smooth round moderate profile silicone gel breast implants. Incisions for breast implants were made at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. Breast implants were placed under the muscle. Prior to surgery, the patient wore a A cup in most bra and swimsuit styles. After surgery, the patient fit D cups well. Pictures are 6 months post surgery.
