WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL BREAST IMPLANTS

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation to enhance the overall appearance of her breasts. In her consultation with Dr. Robert J. Schwartz she reviewed her goals for size and shape. Dr. Schwartz selected 6 unique sizes and styles of test implants to try in the patient in the OR before selecting her set. Dr. Schwartz sculpted the breast implant pockets under the pec muscles at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. After testing 6 sets of breast implants, 345cc silicone gel breast implants were selected. Dr. Schwartz made the final adjustments to the breast implant pockets and closed the incision sites. The patients results are pictured 6 months following her breast implant surgery.
