WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION WITH SILICONE GEL IMPLANTS

This patient presented for more information on breast augmentation. She commented that she wanted to add fullness to the tops of her breasts while enhancing her cleavage. Working in physical education in DISD, she stated that she wanted her implants to be "manageable" and in no way hinder her level of activity in coaching or with weight training and running.  After an in-depth consultation with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to have a breast augmentation procedure with silicone gel implants. Her breast implants were placed under the muscle, with incisions at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts. Prior to her surgery she filled an A cup and after surgery she fit C cup bras well.  Her results pictured below are 6 months following surgery.

6 months following breast augmentation with silicone gel implants by Dr. Robert Schwartz in Dallas, Texas. 325cc smooth round moderate breast implants were selected and placed under the pec muscles. Incisions for breast implants were placed at the infra mammary folds of the breasts.
