This patient presented for information on procedures to rejuvenate her breasts. She was unhappy with their appearance after having children and breast feeding. She wanted more fullness at the tops of her breasts and as well as a rounder shape, but stressed that she wanted to keep her breasts natural-looking and in proportions with her body contours. After a detailed consult and reviewing the patient's goal photos, Dr. Robert Schwartz recommended a breast augmentation and lift with areola repositioning. The patient selected silicone gel breast implants and Dr. Robert Schwartz chose a low profile breast implant to keep her breast augmentation result natural-looking.
