DALLAS TEXAS WOMAN HAS BREAST REDUCTION SURGERY

This patient presented with complaints of back/shoulder pain off/on. Admits having a previous breast lift while in college which resulted in malposition of her areolae. States that she had difficulty finding tops and swimsuits where her areolae would not be visible. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz, the patient elected to have a breast reduction. Liposuction was performed to reduce the weight of the breasts while excess skin was removed to reshape her areolae and breast proportions. Photos pictured here are 4 months following surgery.

4 months following breast reduction with areola repositioning. Vaser® hi-def liposuction was performed to reduce the volume of the breasts. A breast lift (incisions at the infra mammary folds of the breasts) was performed to reshape the breast as well as lift and resize the areolae in better proportion with the breast.
