DALLAS, TEXAS WOMAN HAS HIGH PROFILE SILICONE GEL BREAST AUGMENTATION*

This patient presented for information on a breast augmentation. After having done her research, she made an appointment with Dr. Robert Schwartz to visit about increasing her breast fullness and size to compliment her figure. After and in-depth consult with Dr. Schwartz, she elected to have breast augmentation surgery with silicone gel breast implants. After trying various sizes and profiles in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 450cc high profile silicone gel gummy bear implants. Her breast implants were placed under the muscle, with incisions at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts. Prior to her surgery she filled an C cup and after surgery she fit DD cup bras well.  Her results pictured below are 6 months following surgery.
