This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She commented that she noticed changes in her breasts with weight loss and she wanted to add volume and enhance her shape with breast implants. The breast implants were placed under the muscle in order to give her the most natural look and feel. The patient healed well and was able to resume normal activity level within a short time frame.
