DALLAS WOMAN HAS BREAST AUGMENTATION PROCEDURE WITH SILICONE GEL IMPLANTS*

This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and wished to increase the size and enhance the shape of her breasts by adding fullness to the tops of her breasts. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz, the patient elected to have a breast augmentation with silicone gel gummy bear implants. After trying a range of breast implants in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 415cc silicone gel breast implants. Breast implants were placed under the muscle, with incisions at the infra-mammary folds of the breasts. Prior to surgery the patient wore an A cup in most bras, and after surgery she fit a C cup. Her breast augmentation results pictured below are 6 months following her procedure.
