Motherhood is amazing. Exhausting, but amazing.

You’ve carried a beautiful growing baby inside of you for 9 months. Your heart is full a love you have never known and most days feel like a gift.

BUT, there are the body changes that no one, not even your mother, could have prepared you for...

You’ve been through the changes of small breasts to big breasts to HUGE breasts (I still shudder every time I remember the breast pump), and back to smaller but now deflated. Or totally flat. Your nipples may even be stretched out and pointing to the floor and you hate it.

You’ve dealt with that tummy stretch- you know the one. You’ve got to go up in size with your pants to make your tummy fit. You have a love/hate relationship with Spanx. It’s good-bye bikinis, hello tankinis and strategically placed frills and cover ups...

You find yourself looking in the mirror at the department store, trying on clothes that you wouldn’t have had to think twice about fitting into. Your new mom style involves hiding parts of yourself you used to be proud of.

Moms Need Love Too #loveyourself

If any of the above resonate with you, please be reassured that there is hope. Your body confidence can be restored. Once you have decided that you are ready to discuss how a mommy makeover can help you look and feel your best, you begin making your plan.

Who Should I Select To Perform Mommy Makeover?

Do your research. Talk to your friends. You might be surprised who will admit to having some work done. Ask honest questions. Decide what you want and make a list.

Above all, your surgeon should be board-certified. He should have plenty of before and afters exhibiting his work. His work should be consistent. His staff should be knowledgeable and attentive. He should take his time in your consultation (and in your surgery.) This is an investment you are making in yourself- you need to know what to expect and how you and he can work together to give you results that you will enjoy for years to come.

What’s the downtime? I have a ton of responsibilities as Momager and CEO of my household

Downtime for a mommy makeover will vary from person to person based on what procedures are performed and on your lifestyle. Expect anywhere from three to seven days off for office work, somewhat longer if your job is more physical. Light activities around the house can usually be resumed within a few days. Women with young children will probably need help for 1-2 weeks. Workouts can usually be resumed in 6 weeks following a tummy tuck. Most other procedures only require a three-week wait.

How much do Mommy Makeovers Cost?

Mommy Makeovers are the most cost-effective way to restore your body. By having all the needed procedures in one setting, you save on every aspect - surgeon’s fees, operating room expenses, and anesthesia costs.

The cost will depend mostly on which procedures you combine but can range from $7000 to $20000 or more. That said, most will be in the $10000 to $18000 range. Many women choose to finance their mommy makeovers and we are usually able to obtain financing for patients with credit scores of 530 and above.
