This patient had a breast augmentation with silicone gel implants by another plastic surgeon in Dallas. Approximately 6 months following her breast augmentation, the patient noticed that her breasts were flat on the bottom. She commented that her breasts were not shaped the way she had hoped they would be. She desired a more natural look and feel. During her procedure, Dr. Schwartz removed her previous set of breast implants and scar capsules. A new set of smooth, round silicone gel breast implants were selected to create a more proper-fitting style and volume in keeping with the patient's goals. Final modifications were made to the breast implant pockets to allow for better support and breast implant positioning. The patient's results are pictured below are 6 months following breast augmentation revision.

The patient's old set of silicone gel breast implants were removed along with scar capsules. A new set of silicone gel breast implants were chosen and placed underneath the pec muscles at the inframammary folds of the breasts.
