This patient presented for evaluation for breast augmentation post-pregnancy. She did not like the position of her areolae and nipples and desired to restore volume and shape to her breasts. She commented that she wanted to avoid having a breast lift and the scars that accompany the procedure. After consulting with Dr. Schwartz and weighing her options for giving her the best results, the patient booked her breast augmentation surgery with silicone gel breast implants. After testing various sizes and profiles in the OR, Dr. Schwartz selected 400cc high profile implants. Her breast implants were placed under the pec muscles, with incisions at the infra mammary folds of the breasts. The length and width of her nipples were reduced in better proportions with her breast anatomy. Prior to surgery she was able to fit a B cup in most bras. After surgery she was able to fill a full C cup. Her results pictured below are 6 months following surgery.
